Shihan Ezra started practicing Aikido and alternative medicine 46 years ago. He was one of the principal Ukes of Shihan Chiba (8th Dan) for 11 years.
Later, he became Instructor and President of the British National Federation of Aikido under the guidance of Kanetsuka Shihan (7th Dan).
Currently, he is the Founder and Prinicipal Instructor of the Aikido Komyokan Association, responsable for many dojos in the United Kingdom, an organization acknowledged by Hombu Dojo.
Shihan Ezra travels around the world teaching in places such as The United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Norway, Bulgaria, India, Poland, Spain, Holland, Russia, South Africa, Costa Rica, United States and Colombia.
He was recently promoted to 7th dan by Doshu Moriteru Ueshiba.
Sensei Jesus has been practicing Aikido since 1973. He was one of the first students of Master Gregorio Poderoso who founded the 1st dojo of Aikido in Spain. During his extensive career, he has assisted at Master Courses at International level under Kissomaru Ueshiba, his son, the current Dosu, Hirosi Tada, Tamura, Cazuo Chiba and Yasunari Kitaura amongst others. He is the main Aikido representative in the Canary Islands and one of the three Maestros who gives courses of the Spanish Traditional Aikido Association. He is also the President and Sensei who gives courses at the Cultural and Aikido Sports Association of the Canary Islands.

2nd INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF AIKIDO IN LANZAROTE
This Association through our master one Jesús Herrero, has been created with two intentions:
- To Join with all the aikidokas of the world.
- To Transmit the marvelous knowledge that is the Aikido.
With these motives the INTERNATIONAL annual CONGRESS was created by AIKIDO IN LANZAROTE. The Association invites to every teacher (from 5º Dan), that want to transmit their knowledge, to give the classes in the International Congresses that will be celebrated on the island of Lanzarote, The costs will be covered for your stay here in Lanzarote

On the 7th and 8th of December, our Friend and Teacher of Aikido Jesús Herrero (delegate in Canaries of the Spanish Association of Aikido Traditional) and his wife Silvia, had the graciousness to visit us in Our Dojo Tohishut in Gran Canaria.
We are a group of Aikidokas that we practice regularly and with the initiative of all our companions we took the step to know Jesus, which he received us so much as its group with a lot of affection and warmth in Lanzarote.
Their visit to our Dojo was very gratifying, therefore not only did we learn we technically but opened us to see what we needed to understand on other levels.
From their visit we work always focusing on the techniques accompanied by the Energy and Love toward the Uke, It was surprising to see the Teacher’s movements accompanied with the respiration toward some heavyweight opponents and controlled them on the ground and without damage, he did it with modesty and affection.
On these lines we wish with a lot of heart lots of luck to Jesus and to Silvia, to give them the thanks for their visit, although we are expecting to see them very soon in their Dojo (the visit we will make in January).
For those that don’t yet know this great Teacher, I invite you to be encouraged, not alone will you grow with the techniques, but also with their explanations you will grow in HUMAN QUALITY.
